Admittedly, everyone’s least favorite posture. It’s often where we want to give up *most*; If we didn’t see people go into locust like this, we wouldn’t believe it possible 👏 So impressed by those who really find height, since most only get a few inches of lift. But hey, a few inches and a lot of effort is all it takes to do it right. So whether you are like Greg here, or like most, hats off to you for pushing through.😊🙏🏼🧘‍♀️
