When you combine hot yoga, a top-notch heated cycle and pilates strength training with kettlebells, you take your training to the next level. The heat reduces your warm-up time and increases the intensity.
We use infrared heating technology to heat the room, which provides the maximum level of detoxification benefits. Training in the heat boosts athletic performance, improves the skin’s elasticity and tone, improves blood flow and circulation, improves digestion and eliminates metabolic waste, releases endorphins, strengths the immune system and increases the oxygenated blood in the body.
Many students with regular practice report rapid weight loss due to enhanced awareness to their diet, which often results in making healthier food choices. We encourage you to order ahead fresh juices to consume after your class.
Technique is most important as we seek to evolve as athletes. More importantly, expect to learn advanced breathing techniques in order to apprehend the mind/body connection. All levels are welcomed. We advise all our students to prepare for class by hydrating before your scheduled class.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to allow time to set up your mat or bike. Please note, we do not allow students to enter class late.
Due to state restrictions, we do have to encourage you to pre-register for classes. Late cancellation fees only apply to classes with equipment or classes with limited space. If you no-show or late cancel after 12 hours prior to the start class, you forfeit a class from your package. If you have a New Client package or any Unlimited Package, you will be charged a $15 fee.
