HOT YOGA 26&2 BIKRAM

Our hot room is heated to 105-108 degrees Fahrenheit with infrared heaters and humidity is kept between 40-60% to intensity your practice and provide you with a complete detoxification from the inside out. The 26&2 Bikram sequence will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the body. The lymphatic system will flush out toxins in the digestive track and skin. Heat increases both circulation and muscle flexibility. 

HOT VINYASA

HEATED 100-103 DEGREES

The room is heated to 100-103 degrees Fahrenheit and humidity is kept between 40-60% as we flow through the postures. Practitioners will move through a dynamic movement of vinyasa flow in addition to all the 26&2 Bikram postures, so you don’t have to choose one class over the other. Challenge yourself to move your body in different ways.

The room is heated to 86-96 degrees Fahrenheit to take your high-intensity interval training ride to the next level. Our signature ride is 45 minutes, but we also offer 75-minute endurance rides. 

HOT PILATES SCULPT

This class is a full-body, high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) workout. The first half is a mat Pilates sequence focused on core strength building and glut activation. The second half incorporates only the best Kettlebell Kings Competition Kettlebells to add resistance in order to accelerate the creation of long lean muscle mass while burning fat and increasing athleticism.
