HOT PILATES SCULPT
Hot Pilates is performed in a room heated to 95–100 degrees, combining low-impact, high-intensity movements to strengthen the core, improve muscle tone, and build endurance. This class focuses on controlled movement, proper form, and full-body strength, creating a challenging yet accessible workout designed to support overall performance.
HOT YOGA (BIKRAM 26&2)
Our hot room is heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit using infrared heaters, with humidity maintained around 40% to intensify your practice and support a deep, full-body detoxification from the inside out. The 26 & 2 Bikram sequence will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint, and internal organ in the body. The lymphatic system will flush out toxins through the digestive tract and skin. Heat increases both circulation and muscle flexibility.
HOT VINYASA
Our heated Vinyasa Flow is performed in a room heated to 95–100 degrees, creating a continuous, breath-driven flow that links movement with breath. Expect a dynamic practice that builds strength, improves mobility, and enhances endurance, while maintaining a strong focus on the mind-body connection. Each class offers a slightly different sequence, allowing you to move with intention while being challenged in new ways.
HOT SWEAT CYCLE
Our heated cycle class is performed in an infrared-heated studio, creating a high-energy, music-driven ride. Expect intervals, resistance, and rhythm-based choreography designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength.
