Technique is most important as we seek to evolve as athletes. We emphasize proper form, controlled movement, and breathwork to strengthen the mind-body connection. Expect to learn advanced breathing techniques that support both physical performance and mental clarity. All levels are welcome, from first-time clients to experienced athletes.
What to Expect
We advise all students to prepare for class by hydrating before your scheduled session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time to set up your mat or bike. For the integrity of the experience, late entry is not permitted once class has begun.
Booking + Policies
We encourage all students to pre-register for classes, as many have limited space or equipment. Late cancellation fees apply to applicable classes. If you no-show or cancel within 12 hours of class, you will forfeit a class from your package. New Client and Unlimited memberships are subject to a $15 late cancellation fee.

Our studio is heated using infrared technology complemented by forced air heating, creating a consistent, full-room heat across all classes. Temperatures typically range from 95 to 105 degrees depending on the class format.
What should I bring to a HOTFLO class?
For mat-based classes, please bring a yoga mat, a towel to extend the length of your mat, and water. For cycle classes, you can wear sneakers or cycling shoes with SPD clips. All other equipment is provided.
