Everything you need to know before your first class and beyond.
Yes. Arrive 15 minutes early, hydrate well, and tell your instructor it's your first class. Child's pose is always an option, and so is simply laying on your mat — resting in the room is part of the practice. The first week of consistent training is the hardest; it gets easier fast.
A large towel to cover your mat, a small hand towel, and a large water bottle. Mats are available for rent or purchase at the studio, and loaner towels are available if you forget anything.
Fitted, moisture-wicking athletic clothing. Avoid cotton. You'll sweat more than you expect.
Our Voorhees studio offers HOT//SCULPT (86–96°F), HOT//FLO (100–103°F), HOT//26 (105–108°F), and HOT//CYCLE (86–96°F).
Each format runs at its method-specific temperature range. We don't chase heat for its own sake — temperature is selected to match the physiology of the work.
Consistency is the point. Three to five classes per week gives most people the results they came for. One class a month doesn't move the needle.
Yes. All memberships include a freeze allowance of 30, 60, or 90 days per year — available for any reason. Reach out to your studio directly to request a freeze.
Commitment memberships do not lapse after the initial period — they renew into a new commitment period of the same length. You'll always receive reminders ahead of a renewal.
Classes require an 8-hour cancellation window. Within 8 hours of class, a late-cancel or no-show fee applies so we can keep waitlists moving.
Month-to-month memberships cancel with 30 days' written notice at the end of the current billing cycle. Commitment memberships honor the full commitment and then renew into a new commitment period unless you provide 30 days' notice before the renewal date.
The intro offer is for clients who have not previously held a HOTFLO membership. One per person.
Consult your doctor before attending heated classes if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, heat intolerance, or any chronic illness. Always tell your instructor about relevant conditions.
We encourage you to stay in the room — but if you need to step out, we ask that you do so sparingly, between postures, and quietly. Cool down, drink water, and rejoin when you're ready. Listening to your body is part of the method.
