These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of HOTFLO's website, mobile experiences, and in-studio services. By using any HOTFLO service you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Minors may attend classes only with written parental consent and the presence of a legal guardian per our studio policies.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Class Etiquette
Participants are expected to respect instructors, staff, and other members. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.
Purchases
All purchases are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Memberships, packs, and drop-ins are non-transferable and non-refundable except as expressly provided.
Limitation of Liability
HOTFLO is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses except in cases of gross negligence. Participation in heated exercise carries inherent risk, which you assume upon signing the waiver.
