We use your information to create and manage your membership, process payments, communicate about classes and account activity, enforce safety waivers, and improve our services. We do not sell your data.
Optional Email Updates
The HOTFLO updates signup sends your email and the marketing Email preference you select to Mindbody, our studio-management provider, where a prospect profile may be created. Email is selected by default and can be unchecked before you submit. This popup does not request a phone number or enroll you in marketing texts. Earlier website signups are stored separately with an opt-in timestamp. You can unsubscribe using an email link or contact info@hotflostudios.com to request removal.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers for studio management (Mindbody and, in the future, Gymflow), payment processing, and analytics. These partners handle data only on our instructions and consistent with industry-standard security practices.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting info@hotflostudios.com. You may opt out of marketing emails using the link in each email.
